Meade, MD.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Creating and managing virtual environmentsSystems administration of hardware and software in support of maintenance, developing and testing of information technology systemsAdministration of Linux (i.e., Redhat/Rocky 8)Scripting with Basic Shell (Bash), PUTTYConfiguring and maintaining storage and file systemsDeveloping and delivering briefings, technical presentations, and program documentation to senior program managementMinimum Qualifications:5+ years' of overall technical experienceLinux administrative experience (command-line)Server STE/STN Compliancy (ex., NESSUS, MacAfee Agents) and performing server management relating to security tools such as patch management (applying O/S updates, IAVAs, and configuration changes)Demonstrated experience working with a team to introduce and integrate new technologies into existing production environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Familiar with installing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on OS on LinuxExperience with installing PKI certsCreate/Maintain bash scripts to dump and load databasesUse SALT to deploy config files to end node and do various interrogations (ping, DNS)Clearance Requirement:Active TS/SCI clearance with PolyPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as, the copy machine/fax machine/computer/printer.
