This individual will be involved in supporting building robust, scalable, and accurate data systems that empower operational and analytics teams to make informed decisions and drive positive outcomes.Position Responsibilities :Partner closely with operational and analytics teams to translate business needs into effective data solutionsArchitect and implement ETL workflows leveragingCapitalRxplatforms and technologies such as Python,dbt,SQLAlchemy, Terraform, Airflow, Snowflake, and RedshiftConduct testing to ensure the flawless execution of data pipelines before production deploymentProactivelyidentifyand resolve data-related issues, ensuring system reliability and data integrityProvide ongoing maintenance and support for data infrastructureResponsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.Required Qualifications:Pursuing a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldKnowledge of Python (or Java), SQL, JSON, and XMLKnowledge of data warehousing architecture techniques and familiarity with KimballmethodologyA strong interest in data engineering, displaying the ability to design, implement, andmaintaincomplex data pipelinesCapacity to analyze the company's broader data landscape and architect scalable data solutions that support growthExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with the ability to tackle and solve intricate technical challengesPreferred Qualifications:Experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in the healthcare or PBM sectorKnowledge of Airflow,dbt, Snowflake, and SQL development and Python experienceThis position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.About Capital Rx Capital Rx is a health technology company providing claim administration and technology solutions for carriers, health plans, TPAs, employer groups, and government entities.
