What you'll do: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prepped ingredients before service begins. Cook menu items to order in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, utilizing various methods (grill, sauté, fry, oven, etc.). Plate and present dishes consistently according to the site's recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Communicate effectively with expediters and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate ticket execution. Label, date, and rotate stock (FIFO) to ensure freshness and properly store ingredients. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including cutting boards, equipment, and the hot line, throughout the shift. Follow food-safety standards and each site's specific kitchen procedures. What you need: Must be 18 or older. Valid Food Handler Card — don't have one yet? You can typically get certified online same-day; more info during onboarding. Prior experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, commercial kitchen required. Proficient with standard commercial kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, flat-tops, ovens) and strong knife skills. Able to stand for most of a shift and lift/carry kitchen supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable working efficiently under pressure during peak service hours.
