The successful candidate will be at the forefront of business development, leading efforts in the Defense and Cybersecurity sectors, and will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing new opportunities with federal agencies. This strategic executive role demands a proven track record in winning, managing, and scaling large federal programs, with a focus on the DoD and related entities. The Vice President will also be tasked with overseeing the delivery of complex programs, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction, and will be expected to partner with executive leadership to define and refine go-to-market strategies.Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of relevant experience in federal consulting within Defense and Cybersecurity, with a strong preference for those with 25 years' of experience. A deep understanding of the DoD contracting environment, acquisition cycles, and cybersecurity frameworks is essential. The role requires the ability to manage large project teams, identify new business opportunities, and have a proven track record in winning various types of federal contracts. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the industry, with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and will be expected to be a self-starter, creative, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
