Java Full Stack Developer -Kyndryl

Job Requirements: Non-negotiable skill - evidence required from vendor/candidate: Java — Core + Spring Boot 4–5 years hands-on - CV must show dedicated Java/Spring Boot projects. Must articulate Spring Boot internals, dependency injection, REST layer design at interview. No Java = instant reject. ReactJS — Frontend development - Must have built production React components. Angular experience alone is insufficient. CV must name React explicitly with project context. RESTful API Design & Implementation - Must have designed and implemented APIs — not just consumed them. Evidence of API contracts, versioning, error handling expected. L2 / L3 Production Support - Must have owned production incidents end-to-end: triage, RCA, fix, and prevention. Candidates who have only done development with no prod support exposure will be rejected. Business / Stakeholder Interaction - Must have directly communicated with end users or business stakeholders — not just with internal IT teams. Evidence of documentation, demos, or requirement gathering required. ITIL / Problem Management Knowledge - Must understand incident vs problem management. Recurring issue identification and SLA awareness are key. Formal ITIL cert not mandatory but working knowledge is. Minimum 10 months on one project - Job-hopping profiles or candidates who have not demonstrated sustained engagement on a single project will be rejected regardless of technical skill. Relational DB — Oracle / SQL Server or equivalent - Must be able to write SQL queries confidently. Stored procedures and functions are a strong plus. RDBMS fundamentals must be solid.
