If the newly hired driver is not licensed and needs training, the driver is eligible for a one-time bonus of one thousand dollars ($1,000). The appropriate stipend will be paid in two equal installments. The first installment will occur after all training and the probationary period. The second installment will be paid on the first pay period after May 31 of the year hired.
