Capital Markets Managing Director I-Trading (IC)(F)

* Lead and manage trading strategy and execution for select capital markets products. Makes markets in designated customer products and manages portfolio risk. Enforces team's compliance with risk and regulatory requirements. May be responsible for a team of traders.* Works strategically with traders, sales team, relationship managers, and investment bankers to develop and execute moderatly complex trading/hedging strategies. Maintains relationships with buyers and sellers. Drives accountability for business results and ensures appropriate training, coaching, development, and mentoring of staff.* Identifies relative value opportunities and make markets. Monitors market conditions and manages risk across specified team's trading portfolios.* Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive capital markets selling strategies to maximize revenue and new business activity.
