Housekeeper
HousekeeperGlenmeadow is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, a positive and service-oriented attitude, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience through consistent, high-quality housekeeping services.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThoroughly clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
Assist with laundry duties as needed
Uphold all health and safety guidelines and company policies
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to resident requests and inquiries
Work effectively as part of a team to support overall operations and ensure smooth daily workflows

Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, hospital, long-term care, or senior living environment required. Experience working in a customer servicefocused setting preferred.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, infection control practices, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established policies and procedures.
