Construction Project Manager
Overview
In this role you act as an owner’s representative for multi-site retail/restaurant programs, guiding projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate a broad team of general contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The position involves frequent on-site travel to project locations and close collaboration with senior leaders to manage risk and drive program success. You’ll work to uphold Sevan’s standards in safety, quality, and client service while helping expand relationships with top brands. ResponsibilitiesOn-site management of construction activities across multiple locationsDirect and coordinate project teams to maintain schedule and budgetCommunicate issues to Senior Project Manager or Operations DirectorReview drawings, schedules, scopes, and bid results for completenessVerify permitting requirements and ensure regulatory complianceOversee field work and monitor progress, including change ordersApply standards for project reporting and documentationPrepare weekly status reports and flag cost, schedule, safety, or quality risksRepresent the company in project meetings and manage client/vendor relationshipsIdentify opportunities for new business and assist with project closeout
Key requirementsMinimum 4-year degree in construction or 7–10+ years of QSR/kitchen retail construction PM experienceGround Up construction experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of multi-site program managementExpertise in pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeoutcommunicationproblem-solvingrelationship buildingpre-construction planningpermitting processesscheduling
