Using Large Language Models, Agentic AI frameworks, and proprietary machine learning systems, Clarvos is building intelligent products that make marketing and advertising smarter, faster, and dramatically more accessible.Clarvos is looking for a Technical Program Manager who can become the bridge between Product and Engineering—and occasionally the translator, referee, air traffic controller, roadmap therapist, and professional remover of blockers.The Mission:Your job isn't to "manage projects." Your job is to make sure ambitious ideas become well-defined requirements, well-defined requirements become executable plans, and executable plans become shipped products. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, ML, QA, and Leadership to keep priorities aligned, execution moving, and chaos at a healthy startup-approved level.This is not a role for someone who needs a six-month onboarding plan. This is a role for someone who can walk in on Day 1, identify what's working, spot what's broken, improve the process, and help accelerate delivery. What You'll Actually Do:Serve as the technical bridge between Product and EngineeringTurn product strategies, customer needs, and business goals into actionable technical requirementsCreate clear user stories, acceptance criteria, technical workflows, and implementation plansPartner with Engineering on effort estimates, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery milestonesOwn program execution from ideation through launch and post-release optimizationBreak down complex AI, MarTech, AdTech, and platform initiatives into manageable workstreamsFacilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and execution reviewsProactively identify risks, blockers, and requirement gaps before they become problemsDrive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities and strong opinionsBuild visibility through reporting, metrics, and delivery insightsContinuously improve operating rhythms, team velocity, and execution qualityHelp teams ship faster without sacrificing qualityYou're Probably a Great Fit IfYou have:5+ years of Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management experienceA technical foundation in software engineering, computer science, or closely related disciplinesExperience working directly with engineering teams—not primarily IT, operations, or administrative PMO functionsStrong Agile and Scrum expertiseHands-on experience managing SaaS, AI, ML, MarTech, AdTech, or platform productsExposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-powered products, or Agentic AI systemsAdvanced Jira and Confluence skillsExceptional communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking and a knack for simplifying complexityBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldYou're collaborative, humble, highly intelligent, execution-focused, and interested in moving the business forward What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:By the end of your first few months, you'll have:Taken ownership of existing delivery processesEstablished trusted relationships across Product and EngineeringImproved visibility into execution and deliveryIncreased team efficiency and predictabilityIdentified and resolved operational bottlenecksCreated measurable impact on velocity and product qualityIn short: you'll leave things better than you found them.Benefits, Salary, & Perks:$160,000 - $200,000 (DOE)Effective immediately upon hire, Clarvos offer medical, dental, and vision, along with a wide variety of voluntary insurance options.
