Digital Training Coordinator / Training Operations Specialist

Position Title: Digital Training CoordinatorLocation: Fort Leonard Wood, MOClearance: Favorable T1 Investigation (Background Check)Job SummaryThe Training Coordinator manages the execution and logistics of digital training and simulation events. This role oversees calendar coordination, administrative briefings, classroom setup, and system status tracking to ensure event readiness and instructional continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Government schedulers and SGLs for training calendar updates. Prepare classrooms, assist with roster management, and support kickoff briefings. Conduct weekly equipment readiness checks and report system status. Log and maintain RFI responses, training outcomes, and SharePoint entries. Support lesson plan revision and event execution planning. Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in training support or instructional logistics. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Army classroom management, scheduling, and coordination tools. Competency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint platforms.
