Qualifications & RequirementsTechnical SkillsLanguages: Proficiency in Java and Python for application and feature development.UI/UX Focus: Strong background in user interface design principles, front-end styling, responsive web layouts, and user experience workflows.Feature Integration: Experience handling both user-facing interface work and underlying back-end application logic.AI-Assisted Workflow: Comfortable using AI programming tools to navigate codebases, write routine boilerplates, and debug quickly.Rigorous Testing Practices: Deep familiarity with structured QA methodologies, detailed test execution, and methodical bug tracking on web-based platforms.Soft Skills & Operational FitCustomer Responsiveness: Excellent communication skills with a track record of handling quick-turnaround support items and user-facing requests.Compliance Awareness: Ability to write clean code that adheres strictly to established company compliance policies and guidelines.Location: Must be based in or willing to commute daily to our office in Frisco, TX (In-Person).Preferred QualificationsExperience developing features for complex portal management systems or web applications.Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, HTML5/CSS3) alongside Java/Python back-end stacks.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver clean fixes under fast-moving timelines.
