Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily service schedules for plumbing technicians with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction Assign jobs based on skill, proximity, and workload Receive and dispatch service calls; retrieve and update customer records Adjust schedules and appointments throughout the day as needed Support field technicians with customer communication and job details Document all activities accurately in ServiceTitan and other company systems Monitor job progress, material availability, and reschedule follow-ups Answer phones and route service requests with professionalism and urgency Maintain strong internal communication across departments Qualifications1+ year of plumbing trade knowledge (dispatching or service) Previous ServiceTitan experience Ability to read and write in clear English.
