Investor Relations & Capital Raising Associate – Private Equity / Private CreditA growing private equity and private credit investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations & Capital Raising Associate to support fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and business development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage LP relationships, and contribute to capital-raising initiatives across institutional investors, RIAs, and family officesKey Responsibilities:Support capital raising efforts, assisting with investor outreach and engagement.Manage LP communications, investor reporting, and due diligence requestsAssist in marketing materials, investor presentations, RFPs, and DDQsIdentify and develop new capital sources to expand the firm's investor base.Work closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and investor relationsIdeal Candidate:2-5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital raising, ideally in private equity or private creditExperience working with institutional investors, RIAs, and family officesStrong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and team player.Willingness to travel for investor meetings and roadshowsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth firm and play a key role in investor relations and fundraising.
