Senior Sales Manager – Architectural Materials DistributorLocation: Easthampton, MAWorking Style: In office with travel | Full-TimeAre you a strategic sales leader who thrives at the intersection of design, materials, and relationship-building?A well-established, family-owned manufacturer in the commercial interiors industry is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across North America. With a strong reputation for innovative architectural surface materials and a nationwide distributor network, this organization partners closely with the design community to bring bold interior concepts to life in hospitality, retail, corporate, restaurant, stadium, and branded environments.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, hands-on culture where creativity, craftsmanship, and customer relationships are at the center of everything.Core ResponsibilitiesDistributor Management: Build sales and manage relationships across an extensive distributor network daily. Encourage stocking levels, train and travel with distributor sales teams, update sample libraries, provide pricing, strategize to win projects, and work with independent reps and groups to enhance sales.Specification Selling: Drive sales by gaining specifications for materials. Present materials to design firms, educate designers and fabricators on the best material choices.Team Leadership: Be a sales leader within the company, take a supervisory role with the Sales and Customer Service Team, provide solutions to customer issues, train and mentor the sales team, and independent reps.Market Strategy: Develop sales strategies, analyze markets, and encourage new material directions.
