Sales Associate Location Dallas, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $15.00/hour • Full Time; non-standard schedule including days, evenings, and weekends Role Impact The Sales Associate supports daily retail operations and delivers an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced museum store environment. Success in this role means driving sales, maintaining accurate transactions, and creating an inviting, organized space that enhances each visitor’s experience. Key Duties • Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse audience, including large school groups and tour groups • Execute sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) processing, and balancing the cash register • Apply effective sales techniques to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience • Restock merchandise and support visual merchandising displays as directed • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of retail sales experience • Proficiency with computer systems, cash register/POS systems, and basic calculator functions • Equipment & Work Environment • Point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register • Retail sales floor environment with high customer traffic • Non-standard schedule including evenings and weekends Preferred Skills • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality • Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism with staff and the general public Legal Notice Equal Opportunity Employer.
