Optimum Cleaning Hiring Requirements: *Must have reliable transportation *Must be willing to travel throughout the valley for jobs. *Must have proof of 2 years minimum of professional residential cleaning experience.( Worked for some type of cleaning company previously) *Be able to pass a background specific to these requirements: no Felonies or Misdemeanors in the past 7 years. No more than 3 driving violations in the past 3 years. *No drugs or alcohol. *Have great customer service, communication skills and pay close attention to detail.
