Communicate effectively on legal issues and contract process. Perform gap analysis where terms fall short of Truist standard.Education/Certification Requirements:+ Bachelors degree required+ Juris Doctorate preferredExperience requirements for this **Contract Manager:**+ **5-7 years of negotiation skills in private industry**+ Track record of working cross functionally while showcasing prioritization skills+ Ability to work independently+ Experience with SAP Ariba and Archer eGRC tool+ **Prior experience negotiating contracts for financial institutions**As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
