Please find below the Job description and share your latest resume if you are interested?Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer with CMDB/HTML/CSSLocation: Hybrid 3-4days a week in Austin TXVisa Status: Independent ConsultantDuration: 6+ Months (Will be a Long Term Contract or CTH)PREFERRED TO WORK ON W2 OR 1099Job Description:Analyzes, prioritizes, triages and resolves ServiceNow Support tickets and requestsDesigns and develops solutions for Service Catalog Items, general features, enhancements, bug fixes and module implementationsLeads agile sprint defined development tasks to support release cyclesCreates, handles, and executes quality assurance test plans for development work and platform upgradesMaintains and updates the Automated Test Framework to support system updates and release testingProvides general technical support to and educates / trains ServiceNow usersBuilds and maintains training materials and support guidelinesIdentifies process and system deficiencies and collaborates with ServiceNow developers on the recommended solution and improvement plansIdentifies and reduces repetitive tasks through automation and training of Global Support teamQualifications:5+ years developing in ServiceNow Proven success developing within the ServiceNow application and customization using client scripts, Business Rules, UI policies etc.Solid grasp of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as: Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, & Automated Test FrameworkAbility to build, administer and run Workflow ConfigurationExperience in requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance and release methodologiesUnderstanding of Web technologies like HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, REST APIThanks and RegardsKaran Rajput | US IT RecruiterDesk: 609-973-8207 || KRajput@kpgtech.com
