As the Group Manager, you will oversee environmental projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch. Responsibilities: Manage multidisciplinary environmental projects. Assemble project teams and provide leadership throughout the full project lifecycle. Oversee project financials, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and engineering best practices are maintained. Perform technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications. Pursue new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and client relationships. Manage branch budgets, forecasts, hiring, and staff development. Promote company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement. Qualifications Required Experience & Skills: 8+ years of technical and managerial experience. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen with P&L experience. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Committed to safety and engineering excellence. Knowledge of local/regional engineering climate. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other Engineering degree applicable to Environmental Consulting, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to the practice of Environmental Consulting.
