Job Title: Field Marketing Manager – Growth & ABM (B2B SaaS)Location: New York, NY 10010 (Hybrid – 50% onsite, flexible days)Pay Rate: $110,000 base + 10% bonus yearly Direct Hire- Permanent Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday) HybridAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, Field to own and scale field marketing across the Americas. This is a high-visibility role driving pipeline, revenue impact, and go-to-market execution across Sales and Marketing teams.This role requires strong Sales partnership, ABM expertise, and data-driven execution, with a heavy focus on pipeline influence and revenue impact. You must be experience using AI tools daily to improve marketing performance and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute field marketing strategy tied directly to pipeline and revenue goalsBuild and run integrated campaigns (events, webinars, ABM, regional programs)Partner directly with Sales leaders and AEs to drive pipeline progression and bookingsIdentify pipeline gaps and design programs to accelerate revenue outcomesOwn end-to-end execution: planning → launch → optimization → reportingTrack and report on MQLs, pipeline, bookings, ROI, and performance metricsUse AI tools daily to improve targeting, campaign execution, reporting, and productivityCollaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales OpsBuild scalable field marketing processes, workflows, and infrastructureRequired Qualifications (MUST HAVES)4+ years B2B SaaS field marketing experience, owning programs end-to-endStrong, proven experience in partnership with Sales teams (Sales leaders + AEs)Hands-on experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing)Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact, not just awarenessStrong data-driven mindset — owns MQLs, pipeline, ROI, reportingSalesforce experience (required) – reporting, dashboards, pipeline trackingExperience with Marketo or similar Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily marketing work ( **How you use AI will be part of the presentation in the interview process**)Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, OpsStrong communication and executive presenceAbility to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environmentsAdditional InformationHybrid role: 50% onsite, flexible days (not fixed schedule)Must be able to commute into NYC office as needed~10–20% travel for field eventsStrong preference for candidates seeking long-term roles (not short-term or contract work)High-impact role influencing regional GTM strategy and revenue growth
