Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Job Title: CNC Programmer (3 & 5-Axis) Location: Sarasota, FL (Onsite)Job type: Fulltime We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support a high-precision manufacturing environment producing components for aerospace, defense, and advanced applications.This is a hands-on role focused on multi-axis CNC programming, process optimization, and tight-tolerance machining within a production environment.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software• Program and support 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining operations• Generate and refine G-code for complex, high-precision components• Improve tooling strategies, cycle times, and machining efficiency• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet specificationsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of CNC programming experience in a high-precision environmentStrong experience with 3-axis and 5-axis machining (3+2 or simultaneous)Proficiency in Mastercam or similar CAM softwareHands-on experience with Haas or similar CNC machinesStrong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processesExperience working with tight tolerances (±0.01 mm or better)Preferred Experience:• Background in aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing• Exposure to advanced metrology systems (CMM, Keyence, etc.)• Experience in high-precision or complex component manufacturingThis role is best suited for a hands-on CNC professional who can contribute directly to production and continuously improve machining processes.
