Role Description The Credit Card Processor (Spanish Agent) will handle activities related to credit card processing services in an on-site capacity at our Boca Raton, FL office. This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to assist Spanish-speaking clients, manage account inquiries, review payment processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction. The agent will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or billing concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow payment processing proceduresExperience with customer support, troubleshooting, and account managementFamiliarity with financial systems, credit card processing, or payment industry is a plusProficiency in data management and basic computer applicationsStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentPrevious customer service experience in a relevant field is a plus
