Superintendent

Job Description Superintendent needed to play crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in construction site management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting Supervise commercial construction projects Conduct meeting with contractors and internal team members Conduct evaluations of foreman and contractors Interpret blueprints, schematics, and pipeline layouts for accurate project execution Implement project scheduling strategies to meet deadlines effectively Schedule subcontractors and laborers Resolve issues with materials, staff, contracts, etc.Skills: Proficiency in managing construction sites and coordinating project activities Experience with project scheduling tools and software Knowledge of quality control processes and OSHA regulations Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints for construction purposes Strong skills in project scheduling and coordination Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and controlCompany DescriptionExpress Employment Professionals is a full service staffing company.
