You’ll act as the main point of contact for inventory management, building strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. While experience in inventory management, field service, or sales is desirable, this role is also a great opportunity for candidates with internal sales experience or recent college graduates with aspirations to move into sales.Key Responsibilities For VMI Specialist / Supply Chain Specialist / Inventory Control Specialist:Conduct regular inventory counts at customer sites in Northeast Ohio.Monitor and manage stock levels, triggering replenishments as needed.Reconcile discrepancies between system and physical inventory, resolving issues promptly.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customer contacts.Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure timely fulfilment.Track KPIs, document activities, and report in the ERP system.Identify opportunities for upselling and service improvements.What We’re Looking For VMI Specialist / Supply Chain Specialist / Inventory Control Specialist:2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or field service.Sales experience is a plus (particularly internal sales or customer-facing roles).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Clear communicator, both written and verbal.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.If you are a motivated individual seeking a challenging yet rewarding role, apply today for the VMI Specialist position.
