*VMD Machine Operator – Immediate Openings* We are seeking *dependable VMD Machine Operators* to join our production team and start immediately. *Available positions:* * First shift * Second shift * Starting pay: *$18.47 per hour* *Job responsibilities:* * Set up, operate, and monitor VMD production equipment * Load materials and remove completed products * Perform routine quality checks and identify defects * Monitor machine settings and make basic adjustments as instructed * Maintain accurate production and inspection records * Report equipment problems or safety concerns to a supervisor * Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards * Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures * Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations * Assist with other production duties as assigned *Qualifications:* * Previous machine-operating or manufacturing experience is preferred * Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding work * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Dependable attendance and reliable transportation * Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
