Weekly Home Time – Enjoy 34-hour resets at home Competitive Pay – $1,200 weekly gross earnings Sign-On Bonus – $1,000 total, paid in two installments Consistent Miles – Average 2,000 miles per week 100% No-Touch Freight – 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload Responsibilities Safely operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth Transport no-touch freight within the Midwest region Complete an average of 2,000 miles per week Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while following Hours of Service (HOS) regulations Pay & Bonuses CPM Rate: $0.57 - $0.64 per mile (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days) Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM extra based on safety, mileage, and productivity Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day Additional Perks EZ Pass & Pre-Pass provided Layover & detention pay after 2 hours Multi-stop pay (varies by account) Pet Policy: Bring your dog (up to 40 lbs) with proof of updated vaccinations, $300 non-refundable deposit required Rider Policy: Riders allowed (minimum age 12 during school breaks) Orientation: Max 3 days, double-occupancy lodging, meals, and travel provided Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must be 21 years or older No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No major at-fault accidents in the last 3 years Must pass DOT physical and drug screening This job offers a great balance of home time and miles, with strong earnings and modern equipment.
