Join the #HarmlessMovementAbout the RoleThe Sales Operations Associate will work in partnership with the Sales Operations Associate Manager, the sales team, and cross-functional partners to support the processes, systems, reporting, and day-to-day execution that keeps the sales organization running smoothly. Qualified candidates should be ready to take on multiple tasks with deep aspiration to grow and develop their sales skills and the overall Harmless Harvest business. The ideal candidate is a team player, willing to get their hands dirty, is passionate about CPG sales, and is ready to join a fast-paced team.The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the sales organization with a wide variety of projects, reporting, and customer support. This role provides a great introduction to consumer-packaged goods sales with the opportunity for personal development and increased responsibility.What You’ll Be DoingIn collaboration with Marketing and cross functional teams, support new item submissions, account promotional submissions, and updates to frequently used internal assetsManage portals and data systems including IX1, 1WS, and distributor portalsManage internal budget trackers for sales programs including broker commissions, trade shows, coupons, brokers, and sales samplesSupport retail activation initiatives including demo scheduling and asset updatesServe as liaison between the Sales team and Marketing for design requestsSupport the Sales Operations Associate Manager with trade show planning and on site executionOwn end to end sales coupon creation and coordinationManage and execute the national cooler programSupport additional sales projects as neededWhat You’ll Bring0-2 years’ experience in CPG sales, or similar rolesExtremely detail oriented and organizedExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to manage a budgetCreative problem solverAble to prioritize various tasks and work with accuracy and efficiencyTeam player, willing to jump in to assist the team where needed3 days a week in our Oakland HQ OfficeWho you are:Make the impossible, possible – someone who is resilient, optimistic, and determined.Protect the most vulnerable – someone who is compassionate, empathetic and acts with integrityCraft incredible things – someone who is creative, passionate, with keen attention to detailAct with heart – someone who is kind, generous and respectfulWhy you’ll love it here:Join a passionate team that comes from all backgroundsCopious amounts of free coconut waterGenerous Paid Time Off and Company HolidaysParental LeaveComprehensive health benefits and perksThe base comp range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation is determined via several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, relevant certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
