Account Manager
NCA is seeking an Account Manager in the Cincinnati/Dayton area who will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding existing accounts, including: developing and fostering client relationships, being responsive to client needs, and understanding and presenting our business to prospective referral partners and families.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing a base of enterprise accounts. Prospect potential customers through targeted outbound activity and cultivation of existing customer relationships. Develop the strategies and tactics necessary to conduct complex sales cycles with prospects that will become long-term customers Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives. Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in HubSpot CRM. Participate in all product, sales, and process trainings & certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective. Travel as required to meet with customers and prospectsQualifications Highly motivated self-starter comfortable working in a virtual company/office Proven success in rolling up sleeves and doing whatever it takes to help the business accomplish its goals Ability to make cold calls, generate leads and participate in conference booth opportunities Ability to articulate the benefits of NCA service offerings Proven ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals, especially at the executive level Experience working with and ability to present to senior financial services executives, including bankers, trustees, financial advisors, and attorneys Exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of MacOS & Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Bachelor’s Degree required Overnight travel required nationallyThis is a salaried position with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a flexible work from home schedule.
