DevOps Specialist – Remote (Canada Only)Type: Contract | Remote | 100% Canada-based | Up to 24 months ContractEducation: Degree/Diploma/Certification in DevOps or relevant field.Working Hours: 08:15 – 16:30 (Alberta time), Mon–Fri.Location: Remote within Canada only.Interviews: Expected between July 29 – Aug 1, 2025.Equipment: Provided by GoA.Background Check & Mandatory Training: Required post-selection.ScopeSupport integration and enablement of DevOps with cloud and on-premise services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments.Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Bicep.Implement DevSecOps practices with tools such as SonarQube, Veracode.Manage monitoring/logging using Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Kibana.Ensure secure IAM (RBAC, Azure AD, B2C, SSO).Lead agile collaboration, service optimization, and performance tuning.Mentor teams and promote DevOps best practices.Required Skills/Experience (Must-Have – 5+ years)Cloud & hybrid environment security.Cloud platform development and services.Hybrid data initiatives (cloud/on-premise).Managing enterprise production services.Cloud-based development.Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have – 5+ years)Big data/cloud platform infrastructure.Containerization, orchestration, IaC.Cloud service optimization and architecture design.If interested, please share resume to vivekk@acestackllc.
