Electronic Assembler / Soldering *Location:* Temecula, CA *Pay:* $19.00 per hour *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM *Position Type:* Temp-to-Hire Join Our Team as a Soldering Technician! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Soldering Technician* to join our production team in Temecula. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience soldering and working with printed circuit boards (PCBs), along with a strong commitment to quality and precision. In this role, you will inspect and repair PCBs, perform soldering touch-ups, and ensure finished products meet established quality standards. *Previous soldering experience is preferred, and on-the-job training will be provided on our specific processes and procedures.* *What You’ll Do* * Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for production quality. * Perform soldering and touch-up repairs as needed. * Identify and correct soldering defects and other PCB issues. * Follow detailed work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. * Perform precise, detail-oriented work in a production environment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
