Mold Setters (Automotive) Positions (3 Shifts) located in Greencastle, IN + ATTENDANCE BONUS!

Overview CTI Personnel is recruiting to fill 5 Mold Setter Positions (automotive) for our customer located in Greencastle, IN; we have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available; pay will be $17.00/hr for Class I and $20.00/hr for Class 2 if you pass the c ustomers test; 1st shift is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm; 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm; 3rd shift is 10:00pm-6:30am PLUS an attendance bonus for all 3 shifts and overtime as well. And these are temp-to-perm positions. Responsibilities: We are seeking motivated Mold Setters that will coordinate and assist with activities of associates engaged in maintaining and operating all equipment by performing the following duties Train and assist associates on performing preventative maintenance assignments Be able to perform machine set up, operate machinery in a safe manner, and ensure equipment safety features are in place and functioning properly. Make sure scrap is recorded accurately and disposed of daily and ensure rework is completed at end of day. Fill in for associates when necessary. Understand and be able to operate and asisst individual process stations on all equipment. Perform lock-out and tag-out (LOTO) procedures for clearing all equipment faults and restoring machin energy in accordance with established LOTO procedures. Inform Team Leader or Production Manager of any and all quality/safety issues. Accurate completion of paperwork and data entry. Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications. Train and assist all associates on adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards. Follows lead operators and team leader's direction during emergencies; understands and follows the response procedures for all types of emergency events. Must be able to do maintenance on the equipment in their specific work areas as well as make necessary adjustments to the machines to produce quality parts. Operate heavy equipment including cranes and forklifts. Qualifications Leadership and decision making skills; strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office Word and Outlook Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts Develop and maintain a positive attitude and promote teamwork Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or more.
