Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Community Manager to be based in Pearland, TX. The Community Manager will oversee all aspects of the property, including daily operations, team leadership, and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, increasing community engagement, handling resident concerns, and ensuring property compliance with company policies. The role also involves collaborating on marketing efforts and maintaining a high standard of property presentation. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to lead property staff effectivelyExperience in property operations, including budgeting, compliance, and financial reportingSkills in customer service and resident relations to ensure high levels of satisfactionProficiency in marketing and outreach strategies to drive community engagementExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesExperience in multifamily property management is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferredProficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
