Sales Representative

Glacier Distilling is seeking a candidate to fill a role of Outside Sales Rep serving the Flathead Valley and the surrounding areas. This candidate will responsible for representing Glacier Distilling Company across their assigned territory. Candidate will be responsible for visiting both on and off-sale accounts to network and promote the sale of Glacier Distilling spirits by securing menu and shelf placements, providing training to bar and liquor store staff and interacting with the greater community.This is a full time position, compensation will be salary plus commission. The candidate will have flexibility to independently set their own schedule and work to achieve sales goals as set forth by the Director of Sales. Some nights and weekends will be required.REQUIREMENTSWill have general knowledge of Glacier Distilling spiritsCandidate must be a self starter and able to effectively manage time and responsibilitiesWill work with Director of Sales and other reps to promote the sale of Glacier Distilling spiritsAbility to record hours worked independently and present regular reports with updates on progressAbility to create genuine connections with people across a broad range of accountsAbility to set up and work at events pouring Glacier Distilling spiritsQUALIFICATIONS PREFERREDOutgoing with strong interpersonal communication skills and highly organizedExperience in salesExperience with building craft cocktailsMust be able to work without direct supervisionPrior knowledge of craft spirits helpfulPrior experience bartending helpfulMust be 21+ and have reliable transportation
