Job description: Summary: This position is a skilled role supporting various Channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Job Description: Perform complex data and document validation Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions Complete appraisal eligibility tasks Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations desired culture and values
