Comprehensive Benefits! 401K match & Stock options!Job DetailsWhat You’ll Be Doing:Lead monthly financial reporting and clearly communicate results to senior leadershipAnalyze financial performance and help drive strategies that support business goalsOversee the day-to-day financial operations for the divisionManage and mentor a team of 3 AP accountantsOwn the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processPrepare and present division budgets and forecasts to the executive teamPartner closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgets and cost controlPrepare monthly journal entries and ensure accurate financial recordsSupport corporate initiatives, including internal and external auditsMaintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of financial dataTravel to job sites as needed and support ad-hoc projects as they ariseRequirements:Construction or Manufacturing industry ExperienceSAP Previous supervisory/leadership experienceInterested in hearing more?
