Growth Sales Development Representative
To support the growth of recurring revenue, the full-time remote Growth Sales Development Representative will engage customers proactively, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities across the product suite.
Key responsibilities
Manage customer engagement to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities
Analyze product usage signals to initiate meaningful conversations with customers
Develop and implement data-driven strategies for scalable retention efforts
Required qualifications
Experience in sales, customer success, or a related field
Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention
Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Sales and Customer Success
Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription-based business models
