At The Service Company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with our team and customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Dayton, OH, for a Parts Sales - Front Counter . The selected candidate will assist customers with parts inquiries and sales at our front counter to ensure accurate and timely parts for customers. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer needs in person and over the phone, managing orders, assisting with inventory, and providing a high level of customer service in both interpersonal and transactional interactions.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive experience for customers and interact effectively with team membersProficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, ensuring professional and courteous handling of incoming calls and visitorsSolid Computer Literacy to effectively manage inventory systems, process orders, and navigate point-of-sale systemsAbility to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with truck or automotive parts is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
