We are a franchisee of Wing Stop Restaurants, Inc.We are very passionate about the Wing Stop brand and coaching, mentoring, and developing the careers of our team.Primary requirement of a Wingstop Shift Lead:Manage the day-to-day aspects of a WingstopFocused on excellent customer service and excellent operational resultsEnsure that the highest quality products are delivered to each customerHelp direct and train team members, while assisting in goals driven by the Assistant and General ManagersAlways represent the brand and department in a professional and polished mannerQualifications for the job:Open availability (including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts) - RequiredAt least 1 year experience as a restaurant shift leadMust be at least 18 years of ageMaintain dependable schedule and predictable attendanceHave reliable transportationServsafe Certified - A plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for prolonged periods of timeKey Competencies:Oversee employees while orders are being prepared to ensure accuracyWell organized and detail-orientedExcellent menu and product knowledgeMust be able to thrive in a fast pace environmentMoney handling including depositsKnowledgeable in food safety and experience with food health safety inspections - PreferredUnderstand and apply all proper health and safety precautions and apply them to all ordersCross train in other positions of the restaurant and be ready to assist when needed?
