Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery and Jira administration and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs to on-time, on-budget delivery.Responsibilities:Own and drive program plans, roadmaps, and execution across multiple workstreams.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage workflows using Jira and related tools.Track scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear reporting to stakeholders.Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira, for program and portfolio tracking.Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with clear metrics and governance.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Experience level: 5+ years in program or project management within technology environments.Preferred Skills:Experience operating in hybrid work models and coordinating onsite collaboration.Background with Agile at scale frameworks and portfolio reporting.Role Logistics:Start: ASAP.Schedule: Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.Hours: 8 hours per day.
