Senior Workforce Management Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Workforce Management System. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee complex engagements to support leadership decision-making Collaborate with enterprise and external partners to develop a Workforce Management technology roadmap Provide support for Scheduling and Timekeeping regulations and prepare accurate weekly reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Proficiency in SQL, Access, Excel, and statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau Understanding of regulations and processes related to scheduling and timekeeping Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
