Sushi Cook - On Call - Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

A a Sushi Cook you are responsible for producing the Japanese / Sushi section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest experience.What will I be doing?As a Sushi Cook, you are responsible for responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations including but not limited to:Operate the sushi section of the kitchenEnsure consistency in quality of dishes at all timesCoordinate all preparation and presentation in sectionPlan production to facilitate daily requirementsWhat are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
