Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.RequirementsDay Shift - Mileage is in addition to the bill rate. Monday through Friday. 8am to 5pmEducation and Work Experience:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Licenses/Certifications:Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredValid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: RequiredRemede Consulting Group Job ID #May2026-NS12351.
