Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess a passion for providing quality patient care. Duties - Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans - Document patient progress and behavioral data accurately - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and continuity of care - Utilize applied behavior analysis principles to educate clients and caregivers on behavioral health strategies Skills - Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices - Proficiency in patient care and behavior management techniques - Familiarity with care plans and applied behavior analysis principles - Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and caregivers Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.69 - $24.91 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Ability to Commute: Schaumburg, IL 60194 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Schaumburg, IL 60194: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
