Were seeking a detail-oriented, highly organizedPart-Time Sales Administratorto support our Sales and Operations teams. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely quote generation, and smooth coordination across internal teams and vendors. Youll also manage our literature request process, which is one of our highest-converting lead sources - ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Heres a General Overview of What Youll Be Doing: Manage and execute the Literature Request process, including entering requests, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating timely fulfillment of one of our highest-converting lead sourcesProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyCreate and generate sales quotesAudit quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and completenessProcure freight and installation quotes using both internal and external toolsObtain product details, pricing, and logistics information from vendorsPrepare and deliver customer-specific documentation including quotes, invoices, and other documentation as needed.Collaborate closely with Project Management, Design, Sales, and Customer Service teamsWhat Were Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or operationsStrong customer service skills with a professional and responsive approachCollaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionallyExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learnStrong communication skills, both written and verbalConfident critical thinker with problem-solving capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointIt Would be Nice to Have: Exposure to order processing and quote generationProven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience working cross-functionally and with external vendors, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems preferredWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
