We are seeking a Program Manager to plan, lead, and executecomplex Department of Defense (DoD) programs delivering unmanned surfacevehicle (USV) capabilities, spanning platform development, production,integration, testing, and fielding efforts in support of evolving customerrequirements. These programs span both domestic and international customers andincreasingly include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales(DCS) efforts in support of allied and partner nations.
What you'll do:
In this role, youwill manage the execution of hardware and software solutions that meetmission-critical requirements. You Will lead a cross-functional team, ensuringalignment across engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders tosuccessfully deliver innovative capabilities.
Own end-to-endprogram execution across all phases of the lifecycle (Initiation, Planning,Execution, Monitoring, and Closure)
Develop andexecute integrated program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and riskmanagement
Balance andrebalance evolving customer priorities across cost, schedule, and technicalperformance throughout the program lifecycle
Serve as theprimary customer interface and key point of contact for assigned programs
Lead execution ofinternational programs, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and DirectCommercial Sales (DCS) efforts, coordinating across U.S. Government, allied,and partner-nation stakeholders while ensuring compliance with applicableexport control requirements (ITAR/EAR)
Proactivelyidentify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; drive mitigation plansand critical path acceleration strategies
Ensure accurate,timely tracking and reporting of program metrics including budget, resources,and schedule performance
Lead andfacilitate a consistent cadence of program reviews, working groups, andstakeholder meetings, including preparation and follow-up
Partner withfunctional and senior leadership to guide prioritization, resource allocation,and trade-space decisions
Foster a cultureof accountability, rigor, and execution excellence across the program team
Requirements
Required qualifications
8+ years ofproven Program Management experience within Department of Defense programs
Demonstratedexperience managing international defense programs, including Foreign MilitarySales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), from requirements throughdelivery and sustainment
Deep expertise inproject and program management, with a track record of delivering complexcapabilities
Active Secretsecurity clearance
Ability to traveldomestically and internationally as required
Strong strategicmindset with a focus on long-term business objectives
Demonstratedexperience leading interrelated projects with minimal oversight.
Proficiency withscheduling and program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project,or equivalent
Advanced skillsin Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent skillsin leadership, time management, organization, team management
Deepunderstanding of project financials
A demonstratedrecord of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself andothers to high standards, and being kind to others
Must be a USCitizen. Be able to pass a background check and drug test
Preferred qualifications
Experience acrossa variety of DoD acquisition frameworks
Familiarity withU.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR) and Defense Security CooperationAgency (DSCA) FMS processes
Experienceworking directly with allied and partner-nation customers in a defenseacquisition or program management capacity
Experience in thefield of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs)
ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification
Undergraduatedegree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics
