The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in computer science or related field and at least 1 year of experience in analyzing next-generation sequencing data. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Ruby or Python and experience designing databases (SQL and noSQL) are essential. Preferred qualifications include cloud deployment experience, especially with Amazon AWS, and strong communication skills.
