Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating and nurturing leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records to ensure seamless operations.QualificationsProficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniquesStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsExperience in Account Management and building client relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with process and instrumentation industries is a plusProficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
