The Counselor will provide direct support to clients through one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assess client needs, and collaboratively develop treatment plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed client records, complying with ethical standards, and staying informed about best practices in counseling. The role requires active communication with team members and other professionals to ensure optimal client care and progress. Qualifications Strong counseling, active listening, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in client assessment, treatment planning, and case documentationAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent ethical practicesExperience with conflict resolution and problem-solving within a therapeutic contextA Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related fieldState licensure as a Counselor or eligibility to obtain oneCapacity to build trusting relationships and work well in a team-oriented environmentContinuing education or certifications in specialized therapy techniques are a plus
