Today, the business operates across multiple asset classes with a focus on delivering long-term value for institutional capital partners,This position would spearhead their Multifamily, residential vertical in Texas.RoleThis is a build-oriented leadership role, requiring an individual who can combine strong deal-making capability with execution expertise and the ability to scale a team and platform over time.Key responsibilities include:Sourcing and securing new multifamily development opportunities across TexasLeading underwriting, structuring, and investment approvalsManaging the full development lifecycle including design, entitlements, construction, and lease-upBuilding and maintaining relationships with brokers, municipalities, consultants, and JV partnersWorking closely with internal capital and investment teams to support deployment strategyBuilding and leading a regional development team as the platform growsHelping shape market strategy, submarket focus, and product positioningCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be a senior multifamily development professional with a strong track record operating within Texas markets.Key requirements include:10–15+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily developmentDemonstrated ability to source, structure, and execute development dealsExperience within an owner/developer or owner-operator platformProven track record managing projects through the full development lifecycleStrong financial and commercial acumen, including underwriting and capital structuringDeep network across Texas brokers, municipalities, and operating partnersEntrepreneurial mindset with the capability to build and scale a business linePrior experience building, mentoring, or leading teamsThis role is best suited to an individual who is both commercially driven and operationally rigorous, with the ambition and capability to play a key role in shaping a growing platform.To apply for this role, please follow the Linkedin application process or reach out to Chris Smith with a copy of your resume at Chris.Smith@Redpathpartners.com
